2nd course- Local field lettuces with roasted golden beets, oranges, marcona almonds, manchego, tomatoes and pomegranate citrus vinaigrette
3rd course- Roasted stuffed pork tenderloin with caramelized shallots, mushrooms and goat cheese served with risotto.
4th course- Grilled peaches, pistachios, lavender honey mascarpone, strawberries and lemon thyme
