What is a sound bath?
A sound bath is a meditative experience where participants sit or lie down and listen to resonant sounds that promote relaxation, healing, and mindfulness. This immersive experience uses soothing vibrations and tones from instruments like singing bowls, gongs, and chimes to calm the mind, balance the body, and create a deep sense of harmony.
What is Reiki?
Reiki is a healing modality where the practitioner places their hands on or above the recipient's body, with the goal of channeling universal life force energy through the body to promote relaxation, mental clarity, and reduce stress and anxiety. Reiki can help you unwind and ease tension, as it promotes a sense of calm and well-being.
What can I expect?
🌿 First Hour: Josie will guide you through a relaxing, grounding meditation to help you settle in, while Angela (a certified sound healing practitioner), plays a soothing sound bath, featuring a symphony of crystal singing bowls, chimes, a rainstick, and a lovely glass triangle. While immersed in this healing soundscape, Josie (a Reiki Master) will then provide individual Reiki sessions for each guest, channeling energy to promote balance and relaxation. You can choose to sit comfortably in a chair or bring your own mat, pillows, and blankets to create a cozy spot on the floor.
🍰 Second Hour: Transition to Jane's charming dining room, where you'll enjoy a beautifully curated tier of premium desserts paired with a pot of tea of your choosing from an extensive menu of over 25 premium blends.
