Billecart-Salmon’s been a family run Champagne house since its establishment in 1818, known for their glorified use of Pinot Meunier. Their Rosé has developed a cult following for its dryness, elegance and vibrant, bright salmon color. We’ll feature wines including their three prestige cuvées and pair with a menu by Chef Mark McCain. The evening begins at 6:30p with passed hors d’oeuvres and a pour of large format Brut Reserve.
