Job description

As a Business Development Manager, you will join a high-paced team working in various roles including new business lead generation, managing full-cycle sales processes, overseeing implementations (e.g., project management), and building lasting relationships with our customers to ensure their success on Tock’s platform. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in revenue-generating roles, is detail-oriented, demonstrates excellent communication skills, and has the ability to problem solve in a fast-paced environment.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3-5+ years of B2B SaaS sales (quota bearing) experience
  • Must be a quick learner with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and writing skills
  • Experience analyzing data and presenting results
  • Strong work ethic and high level of professionalism
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines
  • Experience in Salesforce pipeline management and reporting
  • Google Suite experience

What you’ll be doing

  • Meet and exceed sales revenue goals and overall business objectives
  • Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation
  • Become a Tock product expert to lead product demonstrations
  • Build your territory pipeline of prospects through cold-calling, internet search, networking, and cultivating referrals
  • Building and expanding customer relationships to expand Tock’s growth
  • Reviewing customer performance and providing insights into best practices
  • Developing project plans and overseeing new customer onboardings
  • Assisting with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required
  • Working closely with staff across departments to implement growth strategies
