About The Position

Tock is looking for an experienced Director of Marketing to add to our growing Marketing team. We are creative, nimble, and passionate about helping our customers, supporting our sales team, and inspiring guests to discover and book great experiences. You'll be part of a dynamic industry, working alongside some of the world’s best Chefs, accomplished entrepreneurs, and world-famous restaurant owners. The ideal candidate has extensive B2C/B2B marketing experience, deep marketing tech stack knowledge, and is passionate about the Hospitality Industry.

What we're looking for

  • At least 10 years of experience in client-side marketing and management required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field required
  • Extensive experience running both B2B and B2C marketing programs
  • Strong track record of coaching and developing great teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, strong work ethic, and high level of professionalism
  • Strong organizational skills, can manage multiple projects, and are comfortable working towards deadlines
  • Strong work ethic and high level of professionalism
  • Eager to work in a small, scrappy, fast-paced startup environment that allows you to take on many responsibilities and own many projects
  • Mastery of the following platforms:
    • Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
    • Google Analytics
    • Facebook/Google/LinkedIn Ads
    • Redash (or other querying tools)
    • Salesforce
    • Email Marketing & Audience Management Platforms
    • Digital platforms, including: Facebook & Instagram & LinkedIn & Twitter

What you’ll do

  • Execute brand awareness and lead generation campaigns in priority markets
  • Develop strategy and briefs around large campaigns and manage the team to see them through to execution, completion, and analysis
  • Lead messaging strategy for guests and customers, across channels and platforms, driving towards a personalized experience for all audiences
  • Develop creative solutions to contribute to retention across guests and customers
  • Spearhead efforts to increase SEO visibility
  • Forecast, draft, implement, and oversee the department’s operating budget
  • Manage, develop, and mentor marketing team
  • Perform other related duties as needed
