menu for the evening:
SPECIAL INTERRUPTION! This is a very special edition of Restaurant Without Walls. A dinner cooked in homage to the cuisine and culture of Juliet chef, Rachael Collins's family in San Luis Potosi, Mexico.
The first installment of Rachael's Mexican cuisine, a few weeks ago, was our most highly attended Restaurant without Walls, and we look forward to an even bigger event this time around!
1st course: Pozole verde with avocado, lime, fried tortilla, cilantro, and purple cabbage
2nd course: Tamales bean and pork with, lettuce and tomato salad, and salsa rojo
3rd course: Champurrado and pan de muertos
Rachael and the team will do most of the hard work beforehand, but we'll have some work to do at home as well. You will receive step by step instructions, with Rachael, to prepare your meal...after which we can sit, relax, enjoy food and wine, and have a nice party, together (but apart).
Your ingredients will be available for pickup at Juliet the day of the event between 3 and 6pm. If you would like them delivered (only available in Cambridge, Somerville, and Boston), you may add that option before checking out.
This event is part of a weekend long celebration that also includes Halloween events, so check out the full schedule for more.
The interactive dinner takes place at 6:30 PM on Sunday, November 1st. If you can't make it at that time, you are still welcome to the kit. We'll send you instructions to cook it at your convenience. Just want to watch? Enter code 'ISEEYOU' for a $5 ticket to watch along without a kit.
