This is the first of five dinners celebrating Juliet's 5th birthday. Join us to celebrate where Juliet is now: hosting virtual dinners! This dinner is a celebration of our current menu production Tracks North, an ode to Quebecoise cuisine.
This event will take place on February 27th at 6:30 pm on Zoom. This is a cook-a-long event. We'll have guided instruction on camera and then sit down to enjoy the meal together.
Your kit for the evening will be available to pick up between 4 and 6 pm the day of the event.
Menu:
bread: pullman w. maple butter
1st: seared scallop. pickled + roasted cauliflower, pork belly
entree: Dogpatch Farm pork shoulder. Boston baked lentils, magic carrots
dessert: maple cheddar donuts. caramel corn
