This is the second of five dinners celebrating Juliet's 5th birthday. This week's dinner will celebrate the original Juliet prix fixe menu that we served in our first year of business.
This event will take place on March 6th at 6:30 pm on Zoom. This is a cook-a-long event. We'll have guided instruction on camera and then sit down to enjoy the meal together.
Your kit for the evening will be available to pick up between 4 and 6 pm the day of the event.
Menu:
bread: long rise whole wheat bread. poached oyster, sea urchin butter
1st: consomme. mushrooms, puffed rice + seeds
entree: whole fish. potato mille-feuille, shaved salad.
dessert: cherry clafoutis
