In February of 2018, our team packed up our cars and caravanned down to New York City to cook at the James Beard House. It was a night to remember as we came together to plate each dish and bring the Juliet experience to a new city.
The menu featured in this event will be the same one we cooked at the Beard House in February of 2018. We’ll cook it together from the comfort of our own homes and then sit down together to enjoy it.
This is a virtual cook-a-long. The event will take place over Zoom. We've done most of the work, we'll plate and finish off the meal together.
Your kit will be available for pick-up the day of the event from 4 to 6 pm.
bread: duck fat brioche, herb butter, baked oysters or mussels
1st: beet terrine. Cloumage, soft herbs, puffed rice + seeds, pickled + shaved beets
entree: cassoulet. roasted + confit duck, cassoulet beans, buttered turnips
dessert: panna cotta. buttermilk, mulled wine, spiced nuts.
