We are pleased to now open availability for December 2023. January will become available on October 31st at 11:45 p.m
THE RESTAURANT WILL BE CLOSED from December 5th to December 15th. Chef and Team will be in Japan. Also closed from December 26th to December 30th for New Year's Osechi box preparations.
Chef is currently not accepting any modifications to the menu.

Dinner is a full 8-course experience at $350pp and an auto gratuity of 23%, which will be added to your final bill.
All deposits will be credited back to your final bill, limited to those who have attended the reservation. It is transferable to another guest if you cannot attend this reservation.
Cancellation can be made anytime; however, deposits are NOT REFUNDABLE at any time.
CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOWS MADE ON THE DAY OF YOUR RESERVATION WILL RESULT IN A FULL CHARGE OF THE DINNER, SEPARATE FROM THE DEPOSIT, TOTALLING $350 PER PERSON.
