Pat LaFrieda, Nick Solares and Chef Anthony Goncalves present Beefsteak Brunch at Kanopi. Inspired by the wanton gluttony and reckless abandon of this venerable New York institution they have devised a menu inspired by the original beefsteak dinners of the 19th and 20th Centuries, with a focus on dry aged meats from the legendary LaFrieda dry age room. The menu will be paired with exclusive wines from Louis M. Martini and Senior Winemaker Mark Williams will also be on hand to describe the wines and partake in the feast.
Ticket price is all inclusive of food and wine. Complimentary valet parking is available.
