We're back for another Tuesday night dinner, and this time we're going back to something sandwiched.
We have been working a fair amount with short ribs recently, and it would be totally unfair to not bring that work to our Driftwood dinners. With coleslaw, pickles, and dressing this is what we all dream about coming into food truck season. Served with the persistent arugula salad, homemade chips (because we like you), and the crowd favorite homemade ice cream, it's what we're craving in this space.
As always, we'll have the kitchen open from 5-7:30, so arrive within that window and let the bartender know that you have already bought tickets. Grab a seat and we'll run the food out to you when it's ready.
St Dominic's Trio plays at 7, so get here a little earlier for a good spot.
