Lambert's of Taos has been a mainstay in the town of Taos since 1989. Chef Adam Dooling serves beautiful contemporary American cuisine with ingredients sourced locally with from a variety of farmers and vendors throughout the year. Our Treehouse Bar, located on the second floor of the restaurant, is a favorite with locals and tourists alike and offers a casual and hip lounge experience with a fantastic bar menu.

There is construction taking place near and around the Taos Plaza. Traffic is slower than normal. Please take this into account when making your reservation. Reservations are available for the dining room and outdoor patios only. Walk-ins are welcome and will be sat if there is availability. The Treehouse Bar (second floor) is available on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE and DOES NOT ACCEPT RESERVATIONS. We kindly ask that you do not make reservations for the dining room if your are interested in dining at the Treehouse. If you make reservations for the dining room and opt to go to the Treehouse, you are subject to cancellation fee if we are unable to fill the reservation. Please note that patio dining is weather permitting and may be subject to rescheduling or cancellation (no charge). We allow TWO HOURS per reservation. Thank you for understanding. For groups of 5 people or larger, please call the restaurant for availability. Due to the unique layout of our dining area, space for larger groups is very limited. We are open Thursday through Monday beginning at 5:00pm. We are closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays. If you make reservations for the dining room and opt to go to the Treehouse, you are subject to cancellation fee if we are unable to fill the reservation. Our bar menu is only available in the Treehouse Bar.
