Join us to celebrate the language of nourishing and sharing. Chef Diana Gonzalez has been a native to Buffalo since 2007. Being Deaf Diana understands the world in very different manner than your regular cook . Her learning curve has taken her to cook in restaurants of the family as well as training in Zurich Switzerland on a one Michelin star restaurant for a summer season. This menu will reflect her vision of what her learning curve has been her interests and of course her favorite dessert.
This dinner will be explain in Sign language and vocalized . often in cooking we use the expression "A cook has something to say" for chef Diana this is certainly a set of words that resonate louder.
