Featuring owner Alain Borel and Executive Chef Stephen Burke, guests will learn how to prepare Farmhouse Larder (chutney, pickled vegetables, infused vinegars and olive oils), Tuna Tartare, Seared Foie Gras, Pot au Feu and Canneles de Bordeaux. After class they will enjoy each course they have learned about paired with wines from Bordeaux. Hands on cooking class with three levels of participation that each include early dinner with a wine pairing. Bronze level will receive a takeaway; Silver level a takeaway, logo mug and local fresh ground coffee; Gold level will receive all of the Silver shwag along with a logo apron to remind participants of this memorable event.
