Explore a beautiful local estate farm with master forager Clay Morris and collect wild seasonal finds. Chef Stephen Burke and Clay Morris will then show you what culinary creations you can make utilizing what you collected. These classes will incorporate heirloom produce from our gardens and local farms, and explore the way their unique flavors can be used in culinary creations.
