Let’s get together and celebrate the crush in Virginia Wine Country with a farm to table dinner by Chef Richard Wright, paired with the superb wines of Boxwood Winery, Middleburg Virginia. The goal of the vineyard is to make world class wines in the Bordeaux style, but with the distinct impression of Virginia’s terroir. Boxwood winery is 26 acres of French certified vines and produces 5 red wines and now a Sauvignon Blanc. Jessica Chivers-Wilson, tasting room manager will be here to explain the philosophy and vintage of the vineyard. She holds a WSET Level 2 Certification and her knowledge will be a great addition to the discussion of the wine pairings with Sommelier Christian Borel.
