Classic Caesar with Irish puff pastry croutons
SECOND COURSE:
Irish Leek Soup with croutons and cheddar cheese
MAIN COURSE:
$85 - Pan Seared Prime Irish Ribeye with honey glazed carrots and parsnips served with colcannon topped with onion gravy
$70 - Traditional Irish Braised Corned Beef and Cabbage with Yukon gold potatoes and carrots with a horseradish mustard sauce.
$70 - Molasses Irish Whiskey Salmon glazed served with traditional mashed potatoes and little finger carrots.
$40 - Vegan Cauliflower Steak with grilled vegetables, roasted pepper topped with a coulis and pesto.
DESSERT:
Irish Bread Pudding with a whiskey cream glazed sauce.
