Are you curious about butchery and sausage making? Do you want to learn how delicious meat gets turned into even tastier sausage? If so, this workshop will help you understand the process from start to finish.
This is an intro to sausage-making workshop wherein participants will learn the process from grinding the meat to mixing the spices to cleaning the casings to shaping the sausages to cooking them on a grill.
