As Locavore Farm celebrates 10 years of Dine on the Land with its Follow the Chef series, each dinner will be a wild, sensory experience—an open-air symphony of flavors and stories, reviving the mind, body, and soul through the age-old tradition of gathering around a shared meal.
For Dine on the Land, he has curated a menu featuring specialty Korean peppers, Napa cabbage, and garlic chives—ingredients he helped select for Locavore’s seasonal plantings. Guests will watch as he expertly sears, bastes, and chars each dish over an open flame, delivering a feast of bold flavors and masterful technique.
