Wine Importer Nuria Garrote i Esteve, will be talking about the family owned and organically produced wines that will be paired with an incredible spanish menu.
Tapas to start
- Tomato Bread
- Salt Cod, Bacon & Eggplant Croquetas
- Lamb sausage stuffed Dates
Arugula Salad with white anchovies, Spanish olives, Mahon cheese, and pimento vinaigrette
Rabbit Paella - mussels, gaucho chorizo, peas, tomato, artichokes, onion and saffron
Smoked Lamb Shoulder - stuffed with Gordal olives, hazelnuts, blood orange, fresh herbs, and served over fava beans with lemon and sage
Each course will be paired and served with a Spanish Wine.
