A recipe syllabus, welcome spritz, and duck-focused lunch will be provided.
This a one-time-only, limited space experience is only available through The Kitchenista.
$150 per person plus tax.
We will be making:
Rendered duck fat for multiple uses
Cracklings
Duck stock
Braised greens with duck confit
Duck liver mousse
Seared breast and heart with a sweet & sour pan sauce
