Join winemaker Heidi Bridenhagen for a very special and festive four course holiday winemaker dinner featuring the return of acclaimed Sonoma chef Didier Ageorges and his Pascaline Fine Catering team.
Upon arrival, you'll be greeted with two wines, our first ever and just released Sparkling Brut and Sparkling Brut Rose paired with an array of appetizers.
Next Heidi will pair our flagship 'The Key' Chardonnay master blend with a fall-inspired salad.
The second course features a pairing with the highly coveted 'The Loch' Pinot Noir - the companion to our flagship 'The Key' Chardonnay paired with Pacific salmon
For the third and final savory course, we'll introduce you to our inaugural release of our Clockwise red blend - a masterful Napa Valley symphony of Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, Merlot and Malbec paired with steak.
A holiday-worthy “Cannelle et Chocolat” dessert will conclude the evening.
