Mad Fritz crafts beer using a winemakers lens where the authenticity of origin is essential to what defines our beer styles and their flavor. We call this approach Origin Beer. We are one of the few breweries in the world that have a malt house, a hop kiln, and hauls in unique water sources to add each beers origin.
