Join chef/owner Mark Liberman at the Mago counter as he leads guests through the process of cooking over live fire. He'll dive into the various types of cooking that can be done such as smoking, cooking in embers, plancha and directly over hot coals. He will discuss the various types of woods and how to cook large cuts of vegetables, meats and seafood over the fire.
A variety of dishes will be featured throughout the evening, providing guests with insight into different cooking techniques and methods. It goes without saying but there will be plenty of taste testing along the way. Dinner and house wine will be provided.
