We are collaborating with Ashley Hausman (Master of Wine, and owner of So What Wine) to do another wine dinner! If you were lucky enough to join us for the Jura dinner we did a while back, you know how great she is and how lucky we are to be able to collaborate with her. We look forward to cooking up a wintry dinner to pair with the beautiful wines of Salomon Undhof, whom Ashley is a big fan of!
This winery is in its 9th generation, having begun in 1792 in Kremstal, Austria. We will be tasting four white wines from the phenomenal 2019 vintage from some of the most coveted parcels in Kremstal as well as some Syrahs and Cabernet from their winery down under (yes! they also have a winery in Australia!). It’s sure to be a lovely evening. Ashley Hausman MW will be pouring tableside to discuss them with you personally as you taste through what we hope to be a memorable meal!

Only one seating starting at 6pm. Reservations are limited and required. $125 per person includes all food and drinks! Payment will be taken at the restaurant the night of the event! The $20 reservation deposit is non-refundable and is used to hold the reservation. It will be credited to your final bill on the night of the event.
