I need help with my reservation.

While we provide the technology for our partners, we cannot take any action on their behalf. If you have questions or need help with your reservation, we recommend contacting the business directly. You can find their contact information on your reservation confirmation in your profile, or in your reservation confirmation email.

Can I cancel my reservation?

Free reservations can always be cancelled through Tock.

Some paid reservations and events can be cancelled through Tock, but each business has their own cancellation policies.

If cancellation is available for your reservation, you will be able to cancel it from the reservation confirmation in your profile, or from within your reservation confirmation email.

Can I transfer my reservation?

Transferring allows you to give or sell your reservation for any amount up to the original purchase price.

Some paid reservations and events can be transferred through Tock, but each business has their own transfer policies.

Tock To Go orders cannot be transferred. Reservations with discounts cannot be transferred, and only one transfer can be in progress at any time. Reservations purchased with Chase points cannot be transferred.

If transferring is available for your reservation, you will be able to transfer it from the reservation confirmation in your profile or by clicking “Manage” from within your reservation confirmation email.

Why do I get charged when adding a credit card?

Adding a credit card may require a small test charge to validate your account. Don't worry, this is a test charge that will disappear after confirming your account.

I have a question about my deposit

Please contact the business for any questions related to reservation deposits. You can find their contact information on your reservation confirmation in your profile, or in your reservation confirmation email.

I purchased a reservation within Chase Ultimate Rewards. Why don't I see it in my reservations?

Reservations purchased within Chase Ultimate Rewards will only show under your Tock Profile within the Chase Ultimate Rewards application.

Can I send a physical gift card?

Not at this time. Tock gift cards are digital and can only be sent by email.

Can I use a Tock gift card at the business?

No. Tock gift cards can only be used when purchasing online.

Can I cancel a gift card purchase?

No. After a gift card has been purchased it cannot be cancelled.

What if I sent a gift card to the wrong email address?

If you’ve reviewed the email receipt and confirmed that you sent your gift card to the wrong email address, please contact our Hospitality team.

What if the recipient never received the gift card email?

Gift cards are usually sent immediately after purchase but may take a few minutes. Ask them to check their spam folder and if they still haven’t received the email, contact our Hospitality team.

When will the gift card email be sent?

The gift card email is sent after purchase, usually within a few minutes.

Where can Tock gift cards be used?

Gift cards can only be purchased in $USD and spent at US businesses. See completeterms and conditions.

Do gift cards expire?

Once a gift card has been added to your Tock gift card balance, the funds do not expire.

How do I redeem a gift card?

Gift cards are sent by email and contain a redemption link. Use that link to redeem the funds, which will be added to your gift card balance.

How do I check my gift card balance?

You can check your gift card balance by logging into your Tock account and visiting the Gift Cards page in your account.

Can I use a gift card on a reservation I already booked?

No. Once a reservation has been booked you can’t change the payment method or add funds from your gift card balance.

Can I transfer a reservation that was booked using a gift card?

Yes. You can transfer and sell a paid reservation through Tock, which will debit your gift card balance first and then any remaining credit card payment.

Can I transfer funds from my gift card balance to another account?

No. Funds from a gift card balance cannot be transferred from one account to another, but reservations can be transferred.
