Merridale makes farm-crafted Cider, Spirits, and Fortified Ciders. Made from 100% Undiluted Apple Juice that is grown and produced at our Cobble Hill farm, in the heart of Cowichan on Vancouver Island, British Columbia. Our farm is home to our Cidery, Distillery, Eatery, and Tasting Bar.
