*How to pick fish for sushi and process of making sushi rice at home
*Fish cutting demonstration
*Hands on demonstration on preparing two styles of makimono
LUNCH includes:
*OMAKASE five course bento box
This hands on event will be held on Saturday, November 16th and Saturday, December 14th from 11 AM to 1PM at Momotaro (820 W. Lake Street). Wine, sake, and cocktails will be available for purchase à la carte.
