Momotaro’s monthly Kitchen Dojo series with Executive Chef/Partner Gene Kato is an immersive, behind-the-scenes experience where guests can learn how some of Momotaro’s most beloved dishes are prepared. In each class, Gene-San will demonstrate the preparation of a dish and explain the traditional and modern techniques that combine in his Japanese cuisine. After each cooking session, guests will enjoy a three-course meal built around the day’s featured dish, complete with beverage pairings. In this session, learn the art of sashimi, nigiri and maki with Chef Kato and our Executive Sushi Chef, Shigesan.
Dojo classes are held on Saturdays at 11am to give guests the opportunity to relax and truly be present in the experience.
All guests must be 21 or over.
