On Saturday, January 18, from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM, join Executive Chef Bruce Williams as he shares insider tips & tricks on how to prepare three signature dishes from our new winter menu at our French Classics Cooking Class. Guests will also enjoy each course for lunch paired with French wines. We’ll send you on your way with a recipe booklet so that you can try these dishes at home. Amateur and seasoned chefs are welcome!
