Join us to kick off your World Sake Day celebration with a unique and immersive experience in the Big Boy lounge at moto-i, Minnesota's first and only sake brewery.
Led by Lead Brewer Nick Lowry, you'll be guided through a tasting of seven house-brewed sakes and learn how each showcases one facet of the sake making process. Limited to 8 seats per tasting, this is an opportunity for a uniquely intimate encounter with our sake brewer.
During each 45-minute session, you’ll explore how sake’s four ingredients – water, yeast, rice, and koji – impact the final presentation of a sake. You’ll also gain insight into the methods and tools brewers use to unlock the full potential of these ingredients.
A light snack will be provided to complement your tasting experience. Tables in our dining room will be reserved for attendees to continue their World Sake Day festivities. Indulge in special food specials and savor limited availability sake as you toast to the wonders of sake craftsmanship!
