Early Polynesian voyagers brought with them various plants and animals to Hawaiʻi. Commonly referred to as Canoe Plants and Animals, these plants and animals have played significant roles in shaping Hawaiʻi's food culture.
For the month of November, our multi-course tasting menu (https://www.naauhilo.com/canoe-plants-animals subject to change without notice) will highlight Canoe Plants and Animals in every course.
Note: We do not have access to a bar for beverages during the pop-up. Filtered water will be provided, and you may bring your own wines. BYO wine recommendations can be found on each menu's page via the link above. There will be a $10 per bottle fee for any alcohol brought (we will have glassware and offer to open and chill; alcohol is self-serve), payable the night of the event via cash (please bring exact change) or our Business Venmo. Under state law, consumption of alcoholic beverages at the event is prohibited for guests under the age of 21.
A service charge is added to each ticket at check out, 10% of which is allocated to operational fees; the remaining 90% is distributed amongst non-management team members.
Cancellations: If you are unable to make your reservation, you may cancel up to 72 hours in advance of your reservation for a refund minus a $10 per person fee. Cancellation requests received within 72 hours of your reservation and no later than 24 hours prior to your reservation are subject to a $50 per person fee. Cancellation requests within 24 hours of your reservation and no-shows are fully non-refundable. Guests who must leave before the dining experience ends will not be entitled to any refund.
Email reservations@naauhilo.com, subject CANCELLATION for requests.
