7-Course Pop-Up: Cultural Influences - A Chronology (Jan. 3-25, 2025 Fridays and Saturdays)
This month's tasting menu will be a chronological progression of cultural influences on Hawaiʻi's culinary scene (menu TBD). Due to the pop-up nature of our events, we are unable to accommodate substitution requests.
Note: We do not have access to a bar for beverages during the pop-up. Filtered water will be provided, and you may bring your own wines. BYO wine recommendations can be found on each menu's page via the link above. There will be a $10 per bottle fee for any alcohol brought (we will have glassware and offer to open and chill; alcohol is self-serve), payable the night of the event via cash (please bring exact change) or our Business Venmo. Under state law, consumption of alcoholic beverages at the event is prohibited for guests under the age of 21.
A 20% service charge is added to each ticket at check out, 25% of which is allocated to operational fees; the remaining 75% is distributed amongst service staff. Gratuity is optional and at your discretion at the conclusion of your experience.
Cancellations: If you are unable to make your reservation, you may cancel up to 72 hours in advance of your reservation for a refund minus a $10 per person fee. Cancellation requests received within 72 hours of your reservation and no later than 24 hours prior to your reservation are subject to a $50 per person fee. Cancellation requests within 24 hours of your reservation and no-shows are fully non-refundable. Guests who must leave before the dining experience ends will not be entitled to any refund.
