Naemo is a pop-up from a pair of twentysomething Korean American restaurant vets who found themselves back home in LA. Ki Kim (Blanca, Jungsik, Matsuhisa) and Arnold Byun (Atomix, Bouley, Eleven Madison Park) present California cooking with Korean flavors and finesse. Our menu is predicated on fresh produce found at our local farmers' markets. We approach taste and textures that are familiar to our collective childhood — while applying techniques we’ve learned in Michelin-starred kitchens.
