Co-owner of Bedford Street Hospitality and Sushi Nakazawa, the Tokyo born chef/restaurateur Daisuke Nakazawa opened his eponymous, Sushi Nakazawa, with his partner, Alessandro Borgognone, in Manhattan’s West Village neighborhood in 2013.
