Indian flavors are bold, vibrant, long-lasting and most importantly versatile. They incorporate seamlessly into dishes and recipes across the world. In this demonstration hosted by Annada Rathi, she will prepare a Bombay Sandwich using Indian condiments and a Koshimbir Salad with foundational cooking techniques used in all Indian kitchens. She has written for Food52, Washington Post and Bon Appetit and has a podcast My Simple Cooking to highlight the wonders of Indian flavors. This hearty sandwich is vegetable abundant and very popular as a street food in her home city of Bombay. The Koshimbir Salad is a part of everyday meals in the western regions of India. The demonstration will be an hour long, then afterwards guests can enjoy a Bombay Sandwich and Koshimbir Salad for each ticket purchased! Limited space.
