First course: Citrus cracked pepper Cauliflower from our garden served with HLSR Regional Class Champion, Nice Winery Ariana 2020
Second Course: Heirloom Tomato, Burrata, Housemade Pesto, Crispy Serrano, Balsamic Glaze, Micro Lemon Basil served with HLSR Class Champion, Nice Winery Vixen 2019
Third Course: BBQ Shrimp, goat cheese polenta, garlic chipotle butter served with HLSR Class Champion, Gold Medal 100% Varietal Series Merlot, 2018.
Fourth Course: Smoked Lamb Rack, Romesco sauce, mint oil, broccolini served with HLSR Gold Medal The Stag 2019.
Fifth Course: Blue Cheese Ice Cream with Point Reyes Creamery Bay Blue Crumble with Dark Chocolate Truffle served with HLSR Double Gold Medal 100% Varietal Series Cabernet Sauvignon, 2018.

Our Winemaker Paired Dinners feature five curated wine pairings of 3 ounces each served in generous 20 ounce Stölzle stemware. Guests may purchase additional bottles of our wines for enjoyment at their table throughout dinner. Nice Winery cannot serve additional wine to intoxicated or impaired guests pursuant to Texas State Law.
