Two Friday dinner dates will be offered: Dec 2nd and Dec 16. Seating is limited.
Each course will be served with a different vintage of one of Nice Winery's award winning Cabernet Sauvignon wines. Some wines will be served from special large format bottles.
1st Course: Gruyere Soufflé
2nd Course: Majestic Blue Lump Crab Cake
3rd Course: Smoked Lamb Ragù alla Bolognese
4th Course: New York Strip, Roasted Duck Fat Potatoes, Gorgonzola Sauce
5th Course: Chocolate & Cherries

Our Winemaker Paired Dinners feature curated wine pairings of 3 ounces each served in generous 20 ounce Stölzle stemware. Guests may purchase additional bottles of our wines for enjoyment at their table throughout dinner. Nice Winery cannot serve additional wine to intoxicated or impaired guests pursuant to Texas State Law.
