Discover the kitchen garden herbs that you can use to create medicinal tea blends. Many culinary herbs can also be used to calm nerves, support digestion, brighten skin and detoxify the body. We will tour the chef's garden and discuss how we cultivate and use these herbal allies, and then blend up custom jars of tea for participants to take home (2 12oz jars per participant). $65 pp / $55 Wine Club Members.
About Your Instructor: Fiona Bond is our Estate Horticulturist. She manages the magic of our Chef’s Garden and crafts estate-inspired products for our guests to enjoy. She is passionate about community food systems and local ingredient sourcing. In 2008, she left her design career to become the General Manager of the farm at Manresa Restaurant (3 Michelin stars) in California. She also led a homesteading workshop at “Love Apple Farm” and worked as the Ecology Program Director at the Post Ranch Inn. Sign up to share in her wide breadth of knowledge!
