A collaborative dinner between our winemaker and chef will be a special evening celebrating Fog Catcher, our flagship Bordeaux blend. Winemaker Patrick Muran will delve into his library collection to show you some of his favorite vintages of Fog Catcher alongside remarkable single varietal Bordeaux wines. Chef Jacob Burrell will create an unforgettable menu filled with special ingredients designed to highlight this special wine.
This dinner will include outdoor, communal seating and a coursed, plated dinner. We do recommend wearing layers and bringing a jacket for later in the evening.
