We are delighted to be joined in our hidden woodland for an intimate and exclusive feast with renowned tv chef and celebrated author Valentine Warner as he takes us on a journey inspired by the edible landscape of our small island from its rugged shores and ornate hedgerows to its fertile forests to your plate.
Val will be cooking a hyper-seasonal menu showcasing some of his signature dishes from his latest book - The Consolation of Food cooked over live fire. Val’s culinary approach favours substance over style and is as much about nostalgia as it is about seasonality. He is endlessly inspired by the seasons and he shares our ethos that food and nature are inseparable.
Unfortunately on this occasion, this event is unsuitable for vegan diners however we are able to accommodate vegetarians.
Included within the cost of your ticket is a wild welcome cocktail, canapé, guided foraged tour our the woodland, a four-course feast cooked over fire , handmade herbal teas and toasted marshmallows.
