Chef, author, baker and TV celebrity Erez Komarovsky is a once in a generation chef widely regarded in Israel as one of the early culinary pioneers who irrevocably altered the food landscape in his home country helping to put Israeli cooking firmly on the map. Having first brought artisanal baking to Israel today he lives on a picturesque farm in the Galilee next to the Lebanese border where he grows his own produce and welcomes guests to his home.
Join Erez for an intimate and exclusive springtime feast in our hidden woodland using locally sourced ingredients from the surroundings. Enjoy a guided tour by our resident forager and delight in the flavours of spring. Each course will be cooked in front of you over open fire in a hidden clearing using wood from the surrounding forest which is home to a variety of wildlife including by roaming muntjac deer, rabbits and an illustrious partridge. Dine on our meticulously hand carved table which was transformed from a nearby fallen birch tree and choose to pair your meal with handpicked Galilean wines.
