The Oak Bay Beach Hotel’s intimate Dining Room has always been known for their memorable Mother’s Day Brunch. This year, the Dining Room is taking Brunch outside to the Garden Terrace with views of the Salish Sea. Our executive culinary team has created a lavish brunch menu sure to please every member of your household.
Guests are welcomed to their reserved dining area plated with a luxurious menu of freshly baked pastries, fresh berries, sliced grapefruit drizzled with honey, lemon and mint, Tree Island yogurt and toasted almond granola parfait, artisan cured charcuterie, an assortment of fine cheeses and accompaniments, sesame Lavash, mini sausage rolls, wild Argentine prawn rolls, pistachio bouchon and French macarons, all paired with Bella Sparkling Wine.
Upon arrival, our Welcome Ambassador will provide each guest with a key card to access our parkade for complimentary parking. We encourage guests to then follow the signage to our Boathouse Spa and Seaside Gardens, where tables will be prepared prior to arrival for minimal interaction between staff and guests.
Brunch commences at 10:00 am, with seats available at $60 per person, plus tax and service charge. Individual, socially distanced tables can be booked for groups of 2 to 6 people, to ensure the provincial health guidelines and physical distancing protocols of the hotel are maintained. Each seating is for a duration of 1 hour and 45 minutes.
Please note, this is an outdoor event and is weather permitting. Attendees will be notified at 2:00pm the day prior should the event status change. In the case of poor weather our team is delighted to offer this as a take home experience for you and your guests to enjoy in the comfort of your own home. Your meal would then be available for pickup from the hotel at the time of your original dine in reservation.
