We invite you to experience personal and refined service in the breathtaking oceanside setting of the Grand Lobby, with the elegant accompaniment of a live pianist. The evening will begin with a welcome glass of sparkling wine upon arrival, followed by a five-course tasting menu. Inspired by fresh, local, and seasonal fare, each dish will be prepared by the Oak Bay Beach Hotel’s Executive Chef and culinary team. Alongside every course will be a perfectly paired wine, poured by guest winemakers, representatives, and/or winery owners.
