After six years of redefining Hong Kong’s dining scene with the most creative takes on Japanese cuisine, chef and entrepreneur Max Levy has decided to close his neighborhood izakaya, Okra Hong Kong. With an era coming to an end, Okra will put forward an unmatched sushi omakase farewell celebration from 5-31 July. It is Chef Max’ last loving tribute to Japanese culinary culture in its purest form.
