Join Old City Kitchen and Chef Chetna Macwan for an afternoon of culinary exploration. Indian cuisine brings together rich flavors and delectable spices, creating an experience for all of the senses.
Chole Palak – creamed spinach curry with seasoned chickpeas
Havejia – baby potatoes and eggplants are stuffed with a spiced tomato/herb mixture and then cooked in a thick tomato & onion based sauce. (A special vegetarian specialty created by the chef)
Wheat Roti – a thin wheat based flat bread that is cooked on direct heat till puffed and then coated in butter or ghee
Mango Lassi – mango milkshake made with yogurt, milk and cardamom
This class can be GLUTEN free - the naan can be substituted with a GLUTEN free version . Please email us at email@example.com if you need this option.
This class is hands on, but there may be some demonstration elements
