Warm, rich and delicious vegan pasta! Join us for a fun filled class exploring three versions of meat & cheese free pastas and sauces...
Naturally vegan pasta rolling and shaping
Chickpea Sauce - with garlic, onion, white wine, rosemary, parsley & vegetable stock
Funghi Sauce - Wild mushrooms, with garlic, onion, dried mushrooms and porcini powder
Assassina - Tomato paste, passata, onion and garlic
This hands-on class will allow guests to roll their own pasta and guests will be invited to participate at their own comfort level. Some portions of the class will be demonstration based.
Complimentary wine will be available for guests 21+ and other non-alcoholic beverages will be provided.
