Join Chef Edward Strojan in this culinary education, as you explore the various cheeses (and wines) of Italy. Learn about the history, regions and flavorful nuances of each cheese and the suggested wine pairing.
The class will provide a tasting plate of 5 different cheeses, paired with complimentary tastings of 5 different wines. You will learn how to pair each and about how the combinations bring out the most flavors and subtle nuances.
This class will include light antipasto and freshly baked focaccia.
Complimentary wine is provided for guests 21+, as well as other non-alcoholic beverages.
This class can be gluten free with the omission of the focaccia, a substitution can be provided.
