Join Chef Edward Strojan (Crown Catering and Philly Chef Collective) for the second of a seasonal series of pasta Omakase featuring eight tasting courses of seasonal pasta dishes.
Chef Ed was inspired by the Japanese dining experience omakase 'I'll leave it up to you' and curated a menu in that spirit. The menu will change seasonally, tickets are limited (all summer sessions sold out, be sure to register early!).
